hlp_labl - function to write a help pannel to screen
void hlp_labl( char msg1[], char msg2[] )
Basic Seismic
Utilities (BSU) function writes an ONLINE HELP pannel to
screen, and includes two application specific messages to go
in the box (45 characters each). See cmst.c for an
example.
C-language version.
Arguments
msg1 (char)
Message 1 about what application does.
msg2 (char)
Message 2 about what application does.
