NAME

cshift - subroutine to shift traces by phase rotation in the frequency domain.

SYNOPSIS

call cshift(npts, x, dt, samin )

DESCRIPTION

Basic Seismic Utilities (BSU) rotates phase to shift data. Requires the sample interval and the time shift as input. A positive shift is a delay, a negative shift is an advance.

Arguments
npts (int)

Number of samples in a trace

x (complex)

Complex trace ( frequency domain).

dt (float)

Time shift to apply.

samin (float)

Sample interval in seconds.
