conv2 - subroutine to perform time domain convolution
call conv2(nx,x,nf,f,y,npz)
Basic Seismic
Utilities (BSU) subroutine which performs a time domain
convolution between a signal, x, and a filter, f. The filter
tapers in and out of the signal. A zero time reference for
the filter, npz, permits the filter to be composed of both
causal and acausal parts.
Fortran Version.
Arguments
nx (int)
Number of samples in signal x
x (float)
Signal to be filtered.
nf (int)
Number of samples in the filter.
f (float)
The filter to be applied to signal x.
y (float)
Output signal from the filter process.
npz (int)
Sample number in filter corresponding to zero time.
NOTE:
Signals x,f, and y get their dimensions from the calling
program.
bdcn(1), xcor1(3)
No known bugs.
