onepole - function to filter a signal with a one pole ARMA operator.
int onepole( int npts, float fsamin, float tcond, float s1[], float s2[] )
Basic Seismic
Utilities (BSU) function filters a signal with a one pole
filter. The pole is on the real axis in the Z-plane. The
ARMA operator is realized in the usual way with a feedback
compoonent (operator is minimum phase).
C-language version.
Arguments
npts (int)
Number of samples in the signal.
fsamin (float)
Sample interval in seconds.
tcond (float)
Time constant for the operator in seconds.
a=exp(-fsamin/tcond)
s2[j]=s1[j] +
a*s2[j-1]
s1[] (float)
Input signal
s2[] (float)
Output signal NOTE: For an example, see this function used in bagc.c
