demult - subroutine to demultiplex a complex trace into real and imaginary parts.
call demult(npts, x, xr, xi )
Basic Seismic
Utilities (BSU) demultiplexes a complex trace into two real
traces.

Arguments
npts (int)
Number of samples in a trace
x (complex)
Complex trace ( frequency domain).
xr (float)
Real part output in this array
xi (float)
Imaginary part output in this array
