cross - E. A. Robinson’s subroutine to perform cross correlation

SYNOPSIS

call cross(lx, x, ly, y, lg, g)

DESCRIPTION

Basic Seismic Utilities (BSU) subroutine originally published by Robinson (1967) which cross correlates signals x and y to produce g. The left (negative time) side of the cross correlation results when one reverses the order of x and y in the call.
Fortran Version
.

Arguments
lx (int)

Number of samples in signal x
x (float)

Signal to cross correlate

ly (int)

Number of samples in signal y
y (float)

Signal to cross correlate

lg (int)

Number of samples in signal g
g (float)

Resultant cross correlation of signal x with y.
